Radio and Television Broadcasting


Radio and Television Broadcasting. An instructional program that describes the methods and techniques used to plan, produce and direct entertainment and informational programs and short subjects in the broadcast media, and that prepares individuals to function as professional announcers, directors and producers. Includes instruction in scheduling; film and tape editing; on- and off-camera/microphone procedures and techniques; sound mixing; studio direction; personnel and facilities management; and broadcast law, policies and code regulations.
