New Career Information Products in Missouri Career Centers
New
products to help jobseekers make informed career decisions are
making their way to Missouri Career Centers. MERIC Workforce
Investment Area liaisons have been delivering new career information
materials to Career Centers around the state. Several centers have
already received their materials and all centers should have the
information by the end of April.
In the new "Career Information" display racks, you will
find the 2006-07 Missouri Career Guide along with statewide and
regional career outlook information in the form of occupational
outlook data inserts designed to complement the Career Guide.
The Career Information racks also contain regional occupational
outlook brochures that identify occupations in each region by
education and experience categories. Each brochure lists occupations
that are projected to the have the Most Openings, Fastest Growth
Rates, Highest Annual Wages and the Most Decline by 2012.
MERIC is excited to work with the Division of Workforce Development to make these products available. Visit a Career Center near you to find these materials.
